What does the ground feel like under your feet?
What part of your feet hits the ground first?

What part of your feet hits the ground first?
How do you feel in your body? What parts are stiff? What parts feel more relaxed?
What does the air feel like? Is it dry or moist?
What does the sun feel like on your skin?
What do you hear?
What do you smell?
What do you see around you?
What does the air feel like? Is it dry or moist?
What does the sun feel like on your skin?
What do you hear?
What do you smell?
What do you see around you?
Take at least a short moment each day to connect with the natural world to slow down and ground before rushing off into your day. You have at least four opportunities to practice and reconnect with yourself and the world around you every day!
